HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 11, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Due to a conflict for respondents’ attorney, the hearing date is rescheduled for
October 7, 2008 if work at the site is not complete by the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on September 23, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
