On March 9, 2009, petitioner 13 East Quick Stop filed a Motion to Dismiss Appeal
(Mot.). 13 East Quick Stop moves to dismiss its appeal “on the grounds that the matter has been
settled to the satisfaction of the parties.” Mot. at 1. The Board grants the motion, dismisses the
appeal, and closes the docket.
