It has come to our attention as complainants, that we are tentatively scheduled for individual case hearings . As

neighbors, Mr . Blouin, Mr

. Maracic and Mr. Neri have approved my speaking for them regarding this matter and

the following suggestion

As you will note, our four witness lists have many duplications including testifying for each other . In addition, it

appears that technical and professional witnesses could also be possibly called upon four times for the same

testimony, given they are required to appear four separate times

. Your office as well could possibly benefit by

consolidating the following four cases, should procedure be open to such a prudent savings of time, money and

resources .

By coincidence, opposing counsel, Mr . Safley telephoned earlier today regarding

scheduling of these hearings .

I ran this suggestion by Mr

.Safley and he spoke with possible approval of the idea,

subject to approval by his

client
