HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 1, 2009, the complainant requested that it be given an extension of time
to file its amended complaint, to and including May 7, 2009. The complainant represents
that the respondent has no objection.
Pursuant to the Board order of April 2, 2009, the complainant was to file its
amended complaint on or before May 4, 2009. The complainant’s request is granted.
Complainant’s amended complaint is now due to be filed on or before May 7, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on July 16, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible
for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the
status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
