AMENDED HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 15, 2007, a telephonic status conference was held with the hearing officer.
By agreement between the parties, petitioner's response to respondent's motion to compel is now
due to be filed and served on or before November 26, 2007. The respondent was granted leave to
reply and its reply is due on or before December 3, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. The mailbox rule will not
apply.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on December 18, 2007, at
1:00
p.m. The telephonic
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. The petitioner represented that the conference call-in number will be the same
as on November 15, 2007. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
