HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was scheduled for April 16, 2009. However, due
to a scheduling conflict on the part of the hearing officer, the telephonic status conference
was cancelled and will be continued to the date and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on May 7, 2009, at 11:45 a.m. The telephonic
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible
for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the
status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
