HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 25, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondents’ attorney recently sent complainant additional
documentation pertaining to whether Bobby Myers is a proper party to this action.
Complainant’s management will review the information and decide the best manner in
which to proceed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 1, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
