HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 20, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer, and reported that respondent’s telephone number has been disconnected.
Respondent is directed to contact complainant’s attorney, Michelle Ryan, at (217)782-5544 to
provide a telephone number at which he can be reached. Additionally, complainant will try to
reach respondent by mail.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 9, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
