HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 29, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The parties
represented that they are continuing with depositions and settlement discussions. Nevertheless,
the parties requested that a hearing date be set. The date, time and location will be noted in the
notice of hearing. The parties were advised that all pre-hearing motions must be filed on or
before April 19, 2007. Responses are due to be filed on or before April 25, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on April 25, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
