HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 5, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative settlement agreement, and hope to have this
matter resolved before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on May 7, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
