HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 4, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The proposed settlement agreement is awaiting signature at the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. However, the parties may need to modify the
language as a result of pending legal action by a downstream property owner.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 5, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
