HEARING OFFICER ORDER

with the hearing officer. The parties discussing the best manner in which to respond to
the Board’s order issued on September 21, 2006.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on January 9, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
