HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 18, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. A pending permit application may resolve this appeal. Respondent’s technical
unit may reach a decision before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 21, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline for this case is May 3, 2007. Petitioner agreed to file a deadline
waiver to August 23, 3007 within the next seven days.
