HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 6, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are waiting to hear from the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency about the most recent draft of the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement. The
parties hope to file the agreement before the next status conference, in which case the meeting
shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on November 10, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
