HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 25, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency are reviewing
respondent’s comments to the proposed settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 6, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
