HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 17, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties continue to discuss a penalty amount,
but are optimistic that the case will be settled soon.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on February 20, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
