HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 14, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent made an oral motion to file a reply to complainant’s
response in opposition to respondent’s motion for leave to file first amended answer and
affirmative defenses, filed December 11, 2006. The complainant had no objection.
Respondent’s motion is granted and its reply is due to be filed December 28, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on February 15, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
