HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 7, 2006, the respondent filed a motion to dismiss. On July 14, 2006, the
complainant filed a motion for an extension of time, to and including July 28, 2006 to
respond. The complainant informed the hearing officer that the respondent has no
objection. To that end, complainant’s motion is granted and its response is due on or
before July 28, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on July 27, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
