HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 16, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. As soon as the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency signs
the proposed settlement agreement, it will be filed with the Board. If the agreement is
filed with the Board before the next status conference, the meeting shall be cancelled
with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on November 29, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
