hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative agreement, and petitioner will file an open
waiver of the decision deadline within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 19, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is September 7, 2006.
