HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 27, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties represented that the parties are continuing their
settlement discussions, including a supplemental environmental project. The respondent
represented that it needs to forward additional comment to the complainant. Over
objection, respondent’s answer is now due on or before July 30, 2007. The parties
represented that they will submit a proposed discovery schedule in the near future.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 6, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
