HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 29, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties are still waiting for the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to review respondent’s settlement offer.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on November 17, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
