HEARING OFFICER ORDER

the hearing officer. The parties are still waiting for the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency to review respondent’s settlement offer.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 30, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
