HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 15, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney is still waiting to hear from respondent regarding
complainant’s proposed settlement agreement. Respondent should have more time to work on
this matter after the completion of harvest season.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on December 19, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
