HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 20, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are waiting for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to
review respondent’s test results. When the Agency has completed its review, the parties will set
up a meeting.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 23, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
