HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 19, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are circulating the proposed settlement agreement for signatures.
The next status conference shall be cancelled with no further notice if the agreement has been
filed with the Board.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 14, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
