HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 15, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached a settlement agreement, and complainant is preparing
proposed language.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 15, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
