HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 5, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant just received comments from the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency regarding the proposed penalty amount, and will forward the comments to respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on September 7, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
