HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 16, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties continue to discuss the possibility of settlement. Petitioner agreed to
file an additional deadline waiver within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on August 15, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline is August 17, 2006.
