HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 25, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties will set up another meeting to continue settlement discussions.
Additionally, the parties are waiting for several issues to be resolved in circuit court that will
provide guidance for this appeal.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 24, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
