HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 20, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties continue to wait for guidance from United States Environmental
Protection Agency (USEPA) on Title V issues. The parties will begin discussing issues that do
not overlap with issues being considered by the USEPA.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 19, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is July 26, 2007. Within the next week, petitioner will file a
waiver to October 18, 2007.
