HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 2, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Settlement discussions are progressing, and respondent will soon be circulating
a draft permit.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on December 2, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
