HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 22, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties continue to discuss the best way in which to resolve this
bioremediation case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. December 10, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
