HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 8, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. Respondent First Choice
Construction will soon send complainant financial information for settlement discussions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on January 4, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
