HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 8, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. According to complainant, respondent
First Choice Construction, Inc. is in the process of retaining an attorney.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 12, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
