HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 5, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney will check with the inspector to determine whether
respondent has completed work at the site.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on March 6, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
