HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 5, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent reports that he has done a lot of work at the site, and will send
updated photographs to complainant’s inspector.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 3, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
