HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 19, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent is still planning to pay the fine, but respondent’s attorney needs to
discuss this case with him in light of the pending action with the Office of the Attorney General.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 19, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
