The board began the second set of hearings on August 14, 2006

. The hearings concluded

on August 23, 2006

. The Board has requested that the hearing transcripts be expedited and as of

today the Board has received the transcripts from August 14 through 18, 2006

. At the close of

the hearing a discussion was held off the record and a date for filing of post-hearing comments

was agreed upon

. The date for post-hearing comments to be filed is September 20, 2006

. In

order for a comment to be considered by the Board in making a decision, all comments must be

filed by September 20, 2006
