ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
On April 20, 2006, at the parties’ request, the Board extended until June 9, 2006, the time
period for Memorial Hospital Belleville, Illinois (Memorial Hospital) to appeal an October 12,
2004 determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
    See
    415 ILCS
    5/40(a)(1) (2004); 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.300(b), 105.402, 105.406. The Agency allegedly
failed to take final action on a complete Clean Air Act Permit Program permit application filed
for Memorial Hospital at Belleville, St. Clair County within 18 months. Because petitioner
failed to timely file an appeal, the Board dismisses this case and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on June 15, 2006, by a vote of 4-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
