HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 13, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties shall serve written discovery requests by November
15, 2006, and responses will be due by January 15, 2007.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on January 24, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainants.
