HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 13, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The remaining respondent, Allied Waste Transportation, Inc., just sent
complainant proposed settlement language for one outstanding issue, and is preparing language
for the remaining issue. The parties hope to resolve this matter before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on January 16, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
