HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 13, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents received a draft denial from the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency (Agency) regarding their most recent submission. Respondents are
preparing a response to address the Agency’s concerns, and expect to complete it within
the next 60 days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 12, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
