HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 2, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have a tentative agreement on most of the outstanding issues, and
respondent continues to draft proposed permit language for petitioner’s review. Petitioner
agreed to file an additional 180-day deadline waiver within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 8, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is February 20, 2008.
