HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 8, 2008, respondent participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent has prepared proposed permit language that is being circulated
internally before sending to petitioner for review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 8, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The Board’s database lists two 180-day deadline waivers reflecting that the decision
deadline is February 14, 2009. The hearing officer believes that only one 180-day waiver was
intended making the deadline August 7, 2008. Unless petitioner agrees to let the
February 14, 2009 deadline stand, an additional waiver will be needed at the next status
conference.
