HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 26, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner is preparing to submit additional information relating to peripheral
issues that must be resolved before the permit language may be finalized.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 25, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline is February 14, 2009. Petitioner agreed to file an additional 180-
day deadline waiver.
