UNOPPOSED MOTION
TO VOLUNTARILY DISMISS VARIANCE PETITION
C&F Packing Company, Inc. (“C&F Packing”) moves for the voluntary dismissal
of the above-captioned matter by the Board. C&F Packing, Lake County, the Village of
Lake Villa and the Village of Fox Lake have entered a Settlement Agreement which
makes C&F Packing’s pursuit a variance from the Illinois Pollution Control Board
unnecessary. Counsel for Respondents do not oppose this motion.
