On July 12, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent is preparing a proposed stipulation and settlement agreement for
complainants’ signatures. If the agreement is not filed with the Board by August 13, 2007, the
hearing officer will set a status conference.
