HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s engineer expects to complete a cost proposal within the next
week, and the proposal will be submitted at respondent’s executive meeting. If respondent does
not agree to implement the geothermal solution, a discovery schedule and tentative hearing date
will be set at the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 3:00 p.m. on October 11, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainants.
