HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 15, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached an agreement, and the stipulation is being circulated
for signatures. If the agreement is filed with the Board, the next status conference shall be
cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on December 19, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
